My concern is not that someone who is a transgender will be inconsiderate to families or people who are uncomfortable. My concern is mainly that I believe perverts will take advantage of this policy and we will have a ride in the numbers of women and children being victims of sex crimes.

Having to use the facility associated with your biological gender is not discrimination. God made men and women different for many good reasons. Let's get back to basics here for the sake of our children's safety, for Women's safety, and for the betterment of our society.

This is very concerning to me as a parent. This needs to be prevented from becoming state law. We should not make 99% uncomfortable in order to make 1% comfortable. I have no problem with single stalled restrooms made available, similar to "family restrooms", for those individuals that don't identify with their assigned gender and calling them unisex bathrooms, but I do have a problem with biological men being allowed to use women's restrooms with just a "claim" that they don't identify with their born sex. This means any man, whether truly transgendered or just your everyday perv or sex predator can be found in the women's restroom. Please keep the safety of women and children at the forefront of this- not the feelings of a select few.

Totally insensitive to the morality of the majority. Anatomy not mentality has forever determined where you shower, change clothes or use the toilet. Sorry to the bad feelings of those few, but you are not going to get naked in front of my grandkids on the excuse that you have the wrong body.

The squeaky wheel always gets the oil. Special interest groups who have NOTHING better to do with their time than to push through these ideas that later become law that take away the rights of the majority need to be stopped by the MAJORITY. If we will only speak up and become the squeaky wheel if necessary, this would never happen.
