I can't believe the HRC passed this in the first place. It is an open invitation for women and children to file a class action against the State of WA, for violation of 'their' rights. Please stop this thing before it goes any further, because, it is an open invitation to sexual predators.

As a teacher, I have seen even elementary children who are considered "line of sight" student because of previous sexual tendency issues. The last thing we need in our schools are innocent children being preyed on and violated by their peers who are "identifying" as the opposite sex.

This is not ok. Just because you identify as a different gender doesnt man you are. I'm not homophonic or have anything against transgender individuals but if your genetics say that you are a male, you use the men's restroom and likewise for a female. This bill is beyond ridiculous!

If necessary, provide a third bathroom for the 'third' sex, the one confused about where they belong. But keep men out of the women's restrooms.

I am not opposed to equal opportunities (that's what gender-neutral bathrooms are for). I AM opposed to creating a law that gives someone else rights at the expense of the possible safety of every other person involved. What happened to our rights? Why does a transgender get more rights that I do? Why don't I get any say in my safety and the safety of my daughters? And WHY must my daughter be exposed to male genitalia before she (or I) am ready?? And why must I be REQUIRED to undressed in front of a man - regardless of what his sexual identification is?? This law is completely skewed and must be repealed.
