Repeal the Washington Open-Bathroom Policy Now!

Unless a transgender person has undergone the surgical process to remove male genitalia, they have no business in the women's restroom!

Please honor the majority who do not want to go in a restroom and find someone of the opposite sex sharing the restroom with them.

its time our legistlators thought about the consequences of writing legislation and not just knee jerk some PC wish list. we cant ALL have every thing we want ALL the time... legislation is to serve the GREATEST number of people for the GENERAL GOOD OF ALL

Acknowledging safety before a political correctness attempt is my primary concern prefacing my concern for alternative sexuality self-esteem and choice, working directly with the cancerous explosive growth of the sex trafficking industry, this is one gesture that I choose function over form. I can not over-ride my knowledge of the cunning sexual predator to co-sign this as civil rights We are fighting a overwhelming battle against them on the Internet, streets, infusing themselves in the community without allowing them access in a semi- private environment. Unfortunately, there are some individuals who will inadvertently pay the price with it being a part. If the had the facts on sexual or editors and their MO, clearly they would see the dichotomy on this decision. This is not to say a child can not be molested in a restroom by a same sec predictor , I am the mother of a son this happened to when he was 5 at 6 flags Atlantis on a field trip, so I am clearly not naive to other or preditorial dangers. That philosophy would be similar to the argument, alcohol is legal so is smoking and the kill more than other drugs, and some people can use them responsibly, so let's legalize Crack cocaine. Any opportunity a preditor has, they will take it, that's the nature of a preditor. Control what you can control, there are enough things out there that you can not. Do not loose sight of the protection of your citizens and their civil rights also. Although this decision may cause some to struggle, an I am not immune to their concern, does this promote the general welfare as the preamble to the constitution suggests

Protect everyone's right to privacy. If you must, add a third, gender-neutral bathroom.

Why are these unelected "officials" creating such outrageous rulings? How does this protect anyone? Please repeal this dangerous ruling.

I do not want a person of the opposite sex in the bathroom with me or my children. It is unsafe.

This legislation is a classic example of PC gone hog wild. If allowed to stand, there can be no question of "unintended consequences." People will be abused!

Individual rights extend to ALL people. If you need gender neutral facilities, then name them that. 3 types of facilities.....MEN/WOMEN/NEUTRAL. That will allow for non bias treatment and allow no one's rights to be violated. We have 'family' restrooms. change it to Men/Women restroom to avoid additional costs to accommodate.

Please stop the insanity! I oppose any bill that allows transgenders into locker rooms and bathrooms, by self identifying means. I am a tax payer and believe I have the right to be informed and then vote on such issues! Plz!?

I do not think anyone from the public should be able to use school bathrooms. Maybe we could install bathrooms around the city for access.. It could create more jobs and new city budgets.

This was a horrible idea to begin with. The people who came up with it should be fired!

Gender neutral bathrooms should be made available for trans individuals.

This bill will open the door for more then Transgender people and expose our children, grandchildren, and others to exposures. Women breast feeding in public is one thing, exposing children to adult sex organs it totally wrong

For the "rights" of a few individuals, it is treading on the rights of many, many more. It's setting up potential problems and even dangers.

I can think of very few things more disgusting , and to think we have a Governor who feels sexual predators have such rights is appalling!
