Repeal the Washington Open-Bathroom Policy Now!

I cannot believe any human with common sense believes this Open-Bathroom Policy is a good idea.

Protect our women and children and future generations from this ludicrous change to the laws regarding bathrooms and locker room use. Please add my name to thus petition right away. Gayle Hepler Vancouver, WA

We need to stop the new law and protect all our citizens.

I am a feminist and I do not support legislation that allows men to access women's spaces simply on the basis of their "internal identity." Sex is a biological reality and it is a reality that makes females vulnerable to males. Furthermore, it is ABSURD to make it illegal to "misgender" someone; we are venturing into an Orwellian realm of ThoughtCrime. I will not play along with someone else's gender delusion and I will not believe or pretend to believe that 2+2=5. I support SB 6443 and HB 2589 because 1) transgenderism is a psychological illness that must be treated, not normalized, 2) prioritizing people's "gender identity" over women's and children's safety or right to set boundaries for our private spaces is a major step back for the feminist movement, and 3) calling someone by the "wrong" pronoun, whether by mistake or intention, is simply a laughable offense, especially when it is still perfectly legal to call a woman by dozens of slurs, which are routinely lobbed at us on the street, in the media, from our boyfriends, AND by transgender activists.

As the grandfather of teenage daughters, I am appalled at the state putting my daughters in danger!

Perverts and deviants should not be the ones getting special consideration in this matter! Our children should!

This makes me nervous to use public restrooms, especially with my kids!!! This is a MAJOR INVASION OF PRIVACY!

What idiots decided that the majority should not have privacy!? Is this part of the war on women?

WAC Rule 162-32 is an affront to decency and puts our women and children in harms way. The administrative state must be reigned in now!!!

This policy is abominable. Toronto Canada has just reversed their open bathroom policy BECAUSE THEY HAD TOO MANY BAD RESULTS FROM ALLOWING MEN IN WOMEN'S RESTROOMS. Please reverse this policy, for the safety of the elderly and children sake.

Please repeal WAC Rule 162-32, keep our children safe.

This law is bull! If you have male parts go to the men's rest room if you have female parts you use the woman's restrooms.

We need to protect the most vulnerable in society and this policy does exactly the opposite. The Human Rights Commission overstepped its authority and a law insuring the safety and privacy rights needs to be passed.

Putting all of the the most vulnerable, our women and children, at risk for the feelings of less than 1% of the population is ill advised. Why would I now want to go use the pool at my Y if any man can come in and share the locker room with me?

This policy is so not common sense. Please, can we have common sense back, for the safety of our families in this corrupt and wicked world?
