This is an outrage. Where are my rights along with thousands of others? Create as an alternative option gender neutral bathrooms and locker rooms but do NOT force the rest of us to share with someone of the opposite sex. This is opening a huge can of worms. As a woman, I am very concerned regarding some who would abuse this.

Men need,to be protected too. Maybe you need to reword this because I almost didn't give my signature because it don't mentio, protecting men. But because I have a 13 year old daughter I decided to.

Decision-making in the law need to be held to the same standard as decision-making in medicine, science, aviation, and the military: objective criteria and not subject feelings. How a tiny fraction of a percent of individuals feel about their sexuality issues cannot be the basis for making laws that have to serve everybody. This is a manufactured civil rights issue because everybody can use the bathroom and locker room of their actual gender, and no one out of consideration for others should use the facilities of the opposite gender as the law stood previously. People's misperception of their gender is a problem best handled by professionals, not law-makers with misguided pity.

I find it absurd that this has happened. Less than .5% of the population claims to be transgender, yet the other 99.5% have to jeopardize our security, safety, and comfort?! No way!!

The first person that is assaulted due to this rule will have the states ass in a sling. Repeal this rule and discipline the board post haste.
Before they cost the state a massive settlement that any jury would award to some young innocent child that would be subjected to this depravity!
