Repeal the Washington Open-Bathroom Policy Now!

Stop this insane rule. It's unsafe, and ridiculous. This opens the doors to predators and child molesters.

This is insanity; we must protect our children. The voters MUST have the opportunity to vote on the issue of men in female bathrooms/showers and women in male facilities.

You are headed down the wrong path here! Normal, average people badly outnumber those cross-gender folks! Let us decide!

I find it inappropriate that people, some not qualified and NOT representative of the States demographics, should be selected. No vote, no accountability, with such an important social issue. This selection "process" demeans the credibility of this social topic. It must not be a huge concern if such an arbitrary selection process has been done with no respect to the population at large.

We have lost the outrage of horrible decisions, but this is an outrageous destruction of decency. The age of innocence will be destroyed.

This is a very real threat to women and children. My own daughter already had to deal with this threat in a public women's restroom at WWU. She did not feel safe!!

Please repeal the open-bathroom policy to protect our women and children. Thank you!

Legislature is the constitutionality correct place for laws to be created.

Stupid law ! What is wrong with these elected people ???

Rule 162-32 is totally illegal and will definitely cause a loss of privacy across the board. I am adamantly opposed to this Rule and strongly urge people of good conscience to stop this from being passed.

I value my privacy and don't like the idea of your forcing your agenda on my rights. What's next? Are you going to do away with milk because some people are lactose intolerant and it makes them feel bad to shop in stores that sell milk? Are you going to do away with hair because it make bald people sad? This is crazy folks! There are differences in the world; we don't all need to be the same just because it makes YOU feel better. Don't impose your tunnel vision on others.

I believe this rule puts children at risk each time they use a public restroom. Additionally I believe this rule places our state open for liability should an incident occur in a Public restroom. Keep it simple ... no matter what your Brain tells you IF you have boy parts use a Boy bathroom if you have Girl Parts use a Girl Bathroom . While i believe that those that railroaded this Rule through had good intentions the End results for the MAJORITY of us is BAD.

This is an unconstitutional infringement of the freedom of speech and a danger to our women and children. This needs to both be repealed and the HRC needs to be stripped of power due to their continued abuse of it.

I didn't get an opportunity to vote on this, why is it legally binding? Where is the democracy in all this?

The HRC needs to be eliminated by the Legislature -there's no excuse for their continued existence.

Absolutely inappropriate. If anything provide a separate gender neutral bathroom but keep gender specific bathrooms for the rest.

Please protect the rights of all women and children to safety and privacy
