I think WAC Rule 162-32 pertains to ONLY the person who feels they are of a different sex than what they were born with. What about thinking of the people who KNOW what gender they are and want to be in a private bathroom/locker room where ONLY their biological sex is in attendance.. I think a person may want to feel like they are of a different gender than what they are born with, BUT reality is reality - your body shows want sex a person is - who could deny that??

The perverted and immoral "wishes" of a MINORITY should not even be considered, when it is adamantly opposed by the MAJORITY of citizens. These poor misguided and misinformed, so called "transgendered" people should be pitied, but they are in no way entitled to subject the rest of us to their perversions!
IN ANY EVENT, these (so called) "transgendered" people are IN NO WAY HARMED by using the facilities, which are designated and specifically designed for their ACTUAL gender / sex (BODY) !!

Please repeal this policy! There was simply not enough time and information given to the public in order for this to represent the will of the people. There is too much possibility of abuse of this situation by criminals. Thank you, Bev Powell

Allowing the open bathroom WAC to stand as it is now, is extremely damaging in so many areas. Please repeal the WAC that allows open bathroom/locker room policy. I understand transgender people need a safer. Putting vulnerable people in harms way to accommodate this new trend is unacceptable! It will be the most vulnerable people harmed for the rest of their lives if this continues.

This policy puts women and children at risk from predators disguised as transgenders. It has happened before, and will happen again. We must be more concerned for the safety of our citizens, than the "feelings" of a few. A solution would be to make separate restrooms, similar to "family" restrooms, for transgenders to use and to feel safe as well.
