The new bathroom policy is dangerous. Any police officer can tell you that. A guy can come into the woman's bathroom to masterbate or worse. This creates a hostile environment.

I personal don't agree with this and I see it as endangering all people on both sides of this issue. Why can't they have like Wal Mart has a family friendly restroom that way know no one knows if your transgender or not.

I have younger children and I do NOT want them being exposed to the opposite gender going in the restroom while they are in there.

This is appalling. According to the rule, if someone is uncomfortable using the same facility as someone of the biologically opposite gender, the onus is now on the uncomfortable person to use another facility. How does this fit with the existing "indecent exposure" laws? Please, let's return some sanity.

This policy simply makes it too easy for children and women to be abused. We have enough problem with molestors and pedophiles. This just serves to make it easier for innocent people to be victimized.

Reverse the Open Bathroom Policy. This policy infringes on the privacy of men and women and could also encourage sexual predators. Keep women and children safe.
