This law was a bad idea from the beginning. Please repeal it and restore some sense of safety to our society.

Since when are we willing to let the safety of women be lost in the name of allowing a very small minority of people who could just use another bathroom. I am a son, husband, father and grandfather and now all of the women in my life are at greater risk. Anyone with any common sense knows that this rule is wrong and discriminatory to the majority of citizens.

This law infringes on the rights of many for the comfort of few. There are other ways to accommodate transgenders

Please reverse this open bathroom policy. I am so concerned we have leaders who think this is okay.

This policy should be brought up for a vote of the people of Washington State. It is wrong to allow men who want to be women to be able to use the women's locker rooms and restrooms. This should not be forced down our throats. Women and girls do not need men that want to be women in their locker rooms or bathrooms.

The anti-discrimination LAWS state it is unlawful to discriminate based on sex. The context is fairly clear that the law is referring to gender, not gender identity, or gender expression, perception etc. This being so, the HRC's RULES are a misinterpretation of the intent of the original law and in effect create NEW law which they are not authorized to make. Therefore these "rules" need to repealed.

This law opens loopholes for sexual predators to pose as transgendered individuals and abuse women and young girls. This law makes it illegal to ask a man entering a women's facility, whether dressed as a woman or not, his gender identity. So if a man walks into a womans restroom am I supposed to assume that he is harmless and ignore every instinct I have been taught as a woman and have taught my daughters and go about business as usual. And if I ignore those instincts and I am wrong and he is merely a sexual predator taking advantage of these laws the way that criminals do and my daughter or I are raped, battered, abused...who shall I blame. Myself for not trusting my instincts or the people who made it illegal for me to do just that? You will have lawsuits on your hands if you don't reverse this law. And I for 1 will never feel safe or trust that my daughters are safe when using a woman's facility again.

Enough is ENOUGH! This is a disgusting, sneaky attempt to further the grave 'diversity' issue. Allow transgenders to use the administration's locker rooms, and stalls, and toilets, etc....

This policy is lop sided and puts more people at risk than it helps. It also is pushing into the relm of infringement on free speech.

Please for safety, do not allow this policy to be implemented. It literally opens the door for predators to access victims without even being questioned.

Women and men deserve the right have an expectation of safety, modesty, and privacy. This ruling denies all of those! If something must be done to accommodate a growing population of transgender individuals, then work with single use, neutral facilities that have a comode and urinal, and can be shared by other family members at the same time. We have seen these and they work well.
