This should be reversed immediately. Women shouldn't have to share with a confused man!

As a mother of two small children, I absolutely DO NOT agree with this. Men should not be allowed into a woman's restroom and vice versa. Period. If a transgender person wants to use a specific bathroom, then by all means use the bathroom that is most comfortable for your current gender and go about your business. I don't understand why we needed a new law for this and one that asks you to announce what gender you are? Come on Washington!

Consider the rights, feelings, and emotional trauma of the non gender confused also.

Men's athrooms are generally underutilized. If we have to have such a law, turn each men's bathroom into 2 bathrooms.....one for men, and one for everybody.

There are a million reasons that it is completely inappropriate to allow men access to women's facilities. One of the top reasons is women who have experienced rape in the past. This removes any sense of security when they are most vulnerable. It is a lawsuit waiting to happen!

There are unisex bathrooms for a reason. I'm now taking my 7 and 9 year old to the bathroom because I shouldn't have to worry about who else and what else could happen to my girls.

I dont beleive that the open bathroom rule is safe for women or children and i will gladly sign this petition to stop this because as a women in this state i will not use public restrooms anymore until this law is gone and it is safe for me and children to use the restrooms again

Those who see themselves as an opposite gender, and play the role, I feel probably already used the gender appropriate bathroom, which I support but men who I identify as women is too vague.

This law was written irresponsibly and needs to be corrected so that everyone is protected, not just Transgender individuals. Due to this law, power has been taken away from parents, who can no longer protect their innocent children from seeing someone from the opposite gender naked, in restrooms and locker rooms. This is the least of my fears as a parent. Change this law to protect everyone or abolish it!
