Penis' go in men's restrooms... Vagina's go in women's. Basic anatomy! This law will be abused and it takes away rights from everyone else. What about our comfort, our freedom of speech? We should not open the door for sexual predators to not even be questioned.

Women, young girls and children safety is more important than allowing a make to use a female bathroom. If you have make parts you use a make restroom, if you have female parts you use a female restroom. It's very simple.

You cared about ONE group when making this law. You did. It think of the risks that you opened up to everyone else. Instead of this law, come up with another solution that is acceptable and safe for everyone.

I think this is setting the stage for pedophiles or boys will ill intent to get it to the women's bathroom. If gender confused people need their own bathroom, make one separate. Don't sacrifice safety!

I refuse to use the restroom, a private place, a vulnerable place, with a person with male parts. HE can use the gender neutral bathrooms, HE wasn't born female. They have to RESPECT us if they want it in return. I gave an 8 yar old girl, she doesn't need to be seeing male penis's at her age

I have a six year old daughter. We have had a man who says he's transgender coming in our gym locker room and walking around naked. There is nothing we can do as he dresses like a woman when in the gym and they won't do anything. We now cannot go to our gym where we have a year long membership. He stares at us both while we are dressing and the police have told me I can't do anything unless he touches me or my daughter. REALLY WASHINGTON STATE??? THIS IS HOW YOU PROTECT YOUR WOMEN AND CHILDREN?????

Giving rights to individuals that takes the safety rights of others away is wrong. When using the restroom, women and children are at a heightened risk of not being able to protect themselves as they are in a vulnerable state of undress and self care and are "trapped" in an enclosed space often away from the general public and can not cry out and be heard for help. I do not sign as a stand against gender identity, I sign as a stand against the stripping of rights of one group of people for the rights of another.
