I don't want to have to stop my pool workouts out of concern for who may be sharing the locker room; I don't want my grandchildren to feel uncomfortable using their school bathrooms. Common sense needs to prevail here.

I feel this is an unsafe law. As a woman I am not comfortable with this and would probably exit the bathroom. It leaves the door open for men who really aren't transexual to act as if they were and violate women. There must be another solution. Also I don't know that this covers anything about transgender female to males using the men's bathroom. Or is that too sacred of a space!

I agree with equal rights when it comes to treating other humans like humans, but this is too far. If a man wants to be a woman, and changes himself into one, then I believe he can enter a women's bathroom. But without having to actually be questioned about ones "identity",any perverted person can harm and harass women trying to use a restroom, or even children. It's not right.

It is not a good idea for men and women to use the same bathroom.

This isn't about religion or equality, this is about perversion and making the majority conform to the minority. I have little girls who have never seen a male "private part", as we put it in my home. I don't want to start now because some man feels they "connect" better emotionally to a woman. This is opening up the box of child rape, sexual misconduct, and many more crimes.

What about my human rights, and the rights of my daughters and granddaughter and other women and children. They can stand in line and use the bathroom for a signal person

What are our rights? Why do they have rights, but we don't? This is messed up. I don't feel comfortable w/my girls to go the bathroom or in the girls locker room. This is easy access for preditors, or rape! Why is it that we don't have anyone looking out for rights?

Forcing any women including my daughter to share a restroom with anyone that is of the opposite sex is just wrong! Men of any kind do NOT belong in women bathrooms period!
