Please reverse this policy. This gives the transgender more rights than any one class should have. This should be a vote of the entire state of Washington not just the Human Rights Commission of Washington.

Create separate, gender neutral or all-gender facilities, but you MUST keep male and female bathrooms and shower rooms.

This is also setting businesses up to be sued with its vague boundaries. It takes away power from businesses to protect its customers for fear of losing their life's savings. Someone caught with ill intent towards a woman and/or child could easily claim offense and discimination and unfairly make off with a profit. Rapists would have no fear walking into any restroom, knowing they would win either way.
We understand the difficult predicament, but passing a law with no difinitive rules is both lazy and dangerous. And making it ILLEGAL for one group of people to feel uncomforable so that another group feels less uncomfortable is a major over correction.

I fully support the transgender equality movement and hope to find ways to help protect all people but I believe this law is endangering our youth and females. There is a better solution and we must work towards finding it.
