This is absurd. You feel free to install gender neutral lavs if need be, but do NOT encroach on MY right to use a WOMEN'S restroom, occupied by women, girls, and children. One's right to perceive oneself as 'whatever' does NOT supercede my right to use a facility utilized by members of my genetic gender. You don't grant one group 'freedom' by trampling on the rights of others. I can't believe you all at the HRCofW are really that ignorant, senseless, and misogynistic.

I have a 6yr old daughter and I'm against this in so many ways it's not funny!

Let's use common sense...what if your daughter or wife or granddaughter was the victim? Would that make a difference as to how you might view this policy?

I'm signing this petition, this is absurd and down right wrong. Young children should not be exposed to a man using the women's restroom or vice versa. If a man wants to be considered a woman they need a transgender bathroom for men/women..You can never trust a pedophile and the extreme measures they'd go into to get alone with a child. Don't do this, unless your trying to get more children assaulted. This is nonsense!

This is a discussing and perverted Law and should have never be considered to be put into a law! The safety of all women and young girls is at risk when you allow mentally unstable men into there restrooms!

This is appalling!! Why does our society continue to cowtow to micro-minorities? This is a free license for sexual predators to stalk people in public places and jeopardises the privacy of the majority. Stop the madness!!

A law taking away the privacy of an other is a unconstitutional law

I find this policy disturbing. Having young children who need to have their privacy protected as well as their innocence I sincerely ask that this decision be reversed. Require separate unisex bathrooms for those who identify with a sex other than what they are. We shouldn't put children in a situation where they would be scared or confused. Please put an end to this nonsense.

This policy opens the door for more sexual predation on females and young girls since there is no way to verify a person's "gender identity" vs. someone with criminal intent. It was a poorly thought out decision and I feel at risk now every time I use a public restroom! NOT because I worry about a transgendered person and not even because I worry about sexual predators. I worry that with laws like this I will be penalized if I ever need to defend myself!

I find this new policy to be unsafe for children and teens as well as it puts most women in a very uncomfortable and unsafe situation. I'm very disappointed in the fact that we were not allowed to vote on this policy and that it is now a state wide policy. I feel that companies should offer a gender neutral bathroom option and keep their men and women's restrooms strictly based on genetalia. I don't feel safe taking my son into a public restroom let alone going into one myself. This policy is gravely flawed and makes the majority of us suffer because of a small minority that is gender confused, putting children and teens and women at risk of others taking great advantage of this new law. I see a lot of negative back lash happening already because of this new law.
