This puts women and children in danger from male predators, not necessarily just any transgender person, but someone taking advantage of the situation. How does a Dad send a young daughter into the women's restroom or locker room anymore? He can't take his 8 year old daughter into the men's restroom anymore. This needs to be resolved. Thank you.

Allowing transhumans into women's restrooms is sheer stupidity. Logic would dictate to create a 3rd, unisex restroom, private, anyone can use!!

Do not. Do not let this go through. We have to watch both our children when we are at large sports venues, train and bus stations , parks and even department stores Both boys and girls. Passing this law is absolutely the wrong thing to do! And would make it even harder. To stand at the bathroom doors and watch such people follow our sons or daughters into a public bathroom without any restrictions. It is madness to even consider it!

Please do not force a 1% minority issue on the vast majority. This is not just an issue of transgender it is an issue of safety as this rule allows those who will take advantage of this issue to do harm. This needs to be repealed immediately!
