We highly object to any transgendered or other confused persons using bathroom or showers of those with the opposite anatomy. Anatomy counts!

I support repealing this ruling...there are too many issues with it to list them here. My biggest issue is there "could" be misuse by predators or those that may just be curious. Where is the protection for our young female students. Unless transgenders have gone through the "complete" surgical transformation, they should use the bathroom of the sex that they were born. Finish the complete surgical transformation and then there may be another choice.

I think it is only right and that the state tries with such dedication to protect the ??? as though our country is run by gays and lesbians are allowed .. have repeatedly documented cases of rape of children in the public toilets and changing rooms .. how are you going to prevent an increase in these cases will completely disrupt the order of natural things ??? This rule is madness. Those who support it know exactly what they are doing and what risks are. And they do not care. They do not care because their supreme interest is in supporting the LGBT agenda, the consequences be damned. They cannot be reasoned with, but they can be opposed!

Keep men's and women's restrooms and add another desination. I am a woman and do jot want men or men who want to be women in the women's restroom! We are catering to the minority here.

I believe the HRC voilated procedure and/or provisions of the WA Constitution in their enactment of WAC 162-32. The intnet of legislation passed by the Legislature was never to allow persons who are physically male to enter rest room and shower facilties designated for women.
