Soon I'll be the mother of a little girl and I shouldn't have to worry about her and I being at risk of predators in an area that should be safe and private. There is a reason bathrooms were separate based on the physical gender that you are.

No one with male anatomy allowed in any women's bathroom or locker room or spa!! It doesn't matter how THEY FEEL OR HOW THEY ARE DRESSED. If they were born with, and still have, male parts, they are MALE. If a female is dressed like a man, they should go in the men's bathrooms. They would feel more comfortable there. PLEASE NO MEN IN WOMEN'S FACILITIES ANYPLACE!! How about a private, locked bathroom, just for people with gender issues? I would be very scared if I walked into a ladies' bathroom and heard a man's voice or saw a man in there. I have rights, too!!!

There needs to be other rules to protect everyone, both transgendered and the rights of women to use a bathroom with others with the same anatomy. Allowing an open bathroom policy is pretty much the same as telling women their bathroom is now gender neutral.

this is a bad idea, considering the small percentage of people this actually is being done for, you are putting the feelings of a very small group of people OVER the safety and comfort of the MANY.

What about MY rights and my 10 year old daughter! I have the right to feel comfortable without a "gender confused" person using whatever the hell bathroom they choose. This is going to open the door for "gender confused" perverts will take advantage of this. You need to provide privacy and safety for my children. I don't see why just because your gender confused you get your way, get your own bathroom or hold it!

Washington state law makers are seriously beyond ridiculous. I'm convinced there is no help for them ...what's left is for the people banding together and putting them in their place.
