You are putting all our children at risk in the State of WA! When my 11 year old grandson goes to the restroom he cannot be safe now in any restroom because any sexual deviant in the state can just stake our the restrooms. It is embarrassing for him to have me attend... you people are repulsive.

There's a reason public restrooms have always been sex-segregated, and it's not due to sexism, patriarchy, homophobia, or whatever happens to be the latest ideological boogyman. The reason is simple: when people are performing bodily functions, they're in a vulnerable position and need to be protected from sexual predators. The vast majority of sexual predation is and always has been man-on-woman. Ergo, it is pure idiocy to allow men to "identify" as women and enter the women's restroom. For the sake of the self-esteem of an infinitesimally small population, you would place a vastly larger population in real, actual danger. And you would do it not by the consent of the governed, but by bureaucratic fiat. You, the members of the "Human Rights Commission," should be ashamed. And you should be struck down and brought to nothing by the duly-elected legislature.

This law needs to go away. Forcing the majority to accommodate the minority is wrong. Make a third bathroom/locker room for those who do not mind sharing.

We are super concerned for the rights of women and girls. There will be predators. There will men lying to gain access to view women in the bathroom. Please, please protect our women and girls

This is a huge step in the wrong direction. It enables sex offenders and predators unfettered access to women's restrooms making women and children even more unsafe than before. If a male is allowed to undress in front of a child it is indecent exposure at minimum. They have already settled this issue with individual Family stalls that are single and private use. There is no need to subject the vast majority of people to kow tow to the feelings of less than 1% of people all the while putting them at increased risk of being a victim of a sexual crime. We already have sexual crimes that happen in public restrooms. This will make it even easier for predators to gain access to a victim that is caught in an especially vulnerable state. This is a war on women and children's right to privacy and to feel reasonably safe while needing to use a restroom or shower/locker room.

This is the most ridiculous policy that our state has ever had the nerve to implement without voter consent. How is it ok to infringe on the rights of the collective, to serve the rights of the very minority. If this is truly a concern for those with gender-identity issues, then the rational thing to do would be to require some gender neutral bathrooms be available in public buildings.

Reverse this open bathroom issue. Who will monitor??. Imposters and deviants will too easily access that were not available for exploiting prior to passing this policy. VERY shortsighted on you part.

I go to the YMCA and would not like to see a man changing in the dressing room with me. Sometimes my grand children are in there with me, and they should not have to see that.

As a mother this law frightens me. I will NEVER allow my children to use a public restroom alone again.
