I do not agree that biological men should be allowed access to women's bathrooms, showers, or locker rooms. It is not safe for women and negates the right to safety for women. I seriously cannot even believe this is happening.

I am not worried about the true transgender people out there, I am worried about predators that will claim to be transgender to find vounerable victims in lockers rooms and public restrooms. It's up to us to protect our youth!

This needs to be changed, I am not goin to a public restroom if they keep this, a dude could just be waiting to rape me or someone else. It's ridiculous to not be able to defend yourself or your child if a man is in there being inappropriate. Just have a separate bathroom besides men or women's that allows those people with questioned gender to go as they please and let them be at risk not women or children

We should never have a WAC that makes it easier for sexual predators to gain access to areas where children and women are in a more compromised position. This WAC needs to be removed and a safer more realistic solution needs to be looked into.
