This is absurd! How can a law force me to explain gender to my children and expose them to it no questions asked, LITERALLY. Freedom of speech is being infringed upon as well as personal beliefs and parental/individual rights and safety. You want to act like the opposite sex, go for it. But don't force the rest of us to accept it!

WAC Rule 162-32 is criminal and dangerous. The very tiny minority should not be dictating the laws over the entire state, especially when they create safety problems and privacy violations for everyone else.

Absurd notion to allow access to restrooms based on how one identifies their sexual orientation. If you have man junk, go into a man's restroom, and vice versa. No one is denying anyone access to a public facility, just keep your junk in the same room as the rest of them. I don't want my children to see something they shouldn't see, myself included.

This makes us women and our children not safe and open up a huge door for any man to abuse this policy under the guise of being Transgender and now have access to girls and women in a public restroom. This tiny population of people should not be able to trample women's rights. This population can be accommodated in other ways. Our girls lives are to important to allow this law to remain.

I don't want men in the ladies room when young girl children or myself are in there. A ladies room is a ladies room and a men's room is a men's room.
