This is a completely and ridiculous law that should never have been passed. I believe this will lead to numerous horrific situations, on top of the lack of privacy for women.

This law leaves too much room for error. There is nothing stopping a male or female from going into the opposite sex's bathroom to be a pervert. Since the person can't be question or asked to leave, a man could go in the woman's bathroom and look through the stall door gap at you or your daughter. The same goes for the woman. I feel this law should not be passed and men should remain in the men's restroom and women should stay in the women's bathroom. It is quite simple, if you have male genitalia you use the restroom assigned to men and if you have women genitalia you use the restroom assigned to women. Plain and simple.

The human rights commission got this wrong. The safety of our women have to trump the wants of a few perverts, that are sick. Everyone should use the room appropriate for the equipment they have.

As a mom and having my daughter growing up, I don't want to have to hold her hand and worry about trying to protect her from a predator while she goes to a bathroom. If Washington is so big on women's rights then understand that this is a big threat to women being raped and children as well. Major fail for Washington. Protect us and the future.

Please reverse this. In trying to solve a problem for a statistically small group of people, it causes more problems for the majority.

This bathroom law is dangerous to our women and children and must be taken back. Washington is not meant to be a playground for pedophiles and this law allows just that. Not only that but sacrifices one protected group for another.

This law needs to be reversed. It is only going to benefit the sexual predators that are going to abuse it.

Anything that has to be done in secret is wrong. I am very upset about how this was done, that it was done and the fact that we do not even have freedom of speech to express our feelings to these people and yet we are expected to accept their feelings and views. I have grandchildren that I love dearly and I am afraid about what the future holds for them.

I want my kids and future grandkids to know that men and women do not have to share a restroom. To have a child in a bathroom and have a person of the opposite sex come in is wrong, dangerous and confusing.
This policy is wrong
