Bathrooms/ locker rooms need to be kept specifically for the people who HAVE the same gender. Not those who FEEL like they are that gender.

This is rule makes a huge loophole that any sexual predator can use to access women's facilities. All they have to do is lie and say they are a transgendered person.

Please stop the insanity of an open door policy of people with male genitalia to be allowed in the women bathroom, locker room and shower room. This is against constitutional rights. The idea to silence the masses is ridiculous. Of course there would be confusion and questions. Leaving the interpretation up to Transgender on when to sue is absurd. How many businesses and people will this hurt. By far more greater than the numbered Transgender in state. Where are my rights? If a person goes through the sex operation to remove male genitals, then I can see them using female accommodations. But it is ridiculous to think make parts can be exposed to females. Will that mean urinals have to be put in woman's bathrooms? And scarier is all the pedophiles this law, nor even put to the people to vote on, will help in their sick agenda

I absolutely disagree with idea that my young girls will be using the same facility with boys in school. It's worth than the bully! Absolutely unbelievable!

This is absolutely sickening!!! The goverment is failing to protect our vurnurable children!! Governor inslee oversees this commission along with 3 others!! Needless to say I contacted the governors office yesterday..
Voiced my thoughts and asked who will be liable when something happens....they told me to turn them in..
REALLY? at the expense of a child?? Let alone women.... the only viable FIX I can see at this point is to require schools and public facilities personal dressing/shower rooms and single lockable doors!! I also call the legislative hot line and had them send an email to my reps! Disgusting!! Abusive use of Power in my opinion!!!!
