This is a disaster in the making at the price of innocent children. Why does one group get to make others feel uncomfortable and unwanted. The law should have read a gender neutral bathroom would be available when possible.

I understand the need you feel to make all people feel accepted and welcome, however, this is the start of a very slippery slope. This only opens the doors for predators to violate basic human rights. I don't mean to say that transgenders or homosexuals that you are now allowing to enter into an "open-bathroom," but rather those who wish to do harm and the victims are rendered completely powerless. Please reconsider this policy as it is inhumane to not only take away basic rights, but to make it "illegal" for them to gather information they may feel they need to protect themselves from potential harm.

If a person of the opposite sex were to expose themselves out side of the restroom it would be a crime why would it make any sense for it it be legal in side if a restroom ? I for see abuse of this policy and the one who will be harmed will be children. Please reverse this poorly thought through policy and work to protect all citizens.

I want to do whatever I need to help repeal this gender identity issue. We need to protect ourselves not from those who have chosen the transgender lifestyle but rather from those who are stuck in the addiction of pornography/sex offending because they will go to through any measure of steps they can to satisfy themselves including pretending to be transgender. I am crying out for help here. We need protection! There is a reason man was made as man and woman made as woman. We are two different human beings and it needs to stay that way. I value being a woman and would like to have protection of keeping my womanhood private. I value men for who they are but they also need protection of their privacy as well. We need to be able to celebrate our differences and be proud that we are different and honor each other with respect of privacy as individuals.
