You really need to consider the needs, rights and safery of other people too (especially women and children), not just cater to small group of trans-gendered people. The decision made by the Human Rights Commission seems very careless, inconsiderate and unbelievable.

Common sense, people. Don't put women and children at risk. Also, iIf transgender students need a separate restroom to use, let them use the restroom in the teachers' lounge.

This is appalling to me! How is this a human rights issue? All this does is take rights and safety away from women. Allowing men into women bathroom regardless of them being confused about their gender poses a great safety issue and will take away the innocence of girls and young women. I am sorry that a person may be confused about their gender but why should women have to give up their rights and freedom so a male can "feel more like a female"? If one is confused look down if one has a penis then use the male restroom if one have a vagina then use the female bathroom period! I am highly concerned for my children.

One of my biggest fears now is public rest stop bathrooms, especially at night. I've wstched troopers do sweeps at night, now they cannot? I have no desire to have men in a public bathroom who are men (not Transgender), my fear is due to men being predators, something I have dealt with while growing up. I want my children to feel safe, which I will not anymore.

I can't believe this. I have nothing against the LGBTQA community, but if it's such a big deal, just make a whole new bathroom between the 'men' and 'women' bathrooms in public areas. They have 'family' bathrooms, so why not make something similar if people are going to protest to keep this new, yet very stupid, idea. I am completely against the idea. It's all sorts of wrong, and law suits waiting to happen.

I am outraged that this is allowed. This places our children in danger of predators who WILL take advantage at the first opportunity.
