Repeal the Washington Open-Bathroom Policy Now!

Please correct this injustice. It is dangerous for women and children.

This is about safety not about discrimination!

This new law needs to be repealed. There are other ways of allowing Transgender persons access to restrooms without opening up others to dangers of this law.

Where are the rights of women and children in this? Illegal to ask questions? This is ridiculous. MUST be repealed. I am concerned for my little girls and my safety.

Pedophiles can use this new law to the detriment of children.

This petition only presents part of the problem. In addition to predatory dangers, pure and simply women and young girls should not be forced to see men's genitalia in a locker room, nor be forced to undress in front of men. This is not only inappropriate on its own, but increases distress for many who have been sexually abused by men in the past and now being told they must share facilities with men when undressing. Women should have rights, too, and they should supersede those of men who wish they were something else. People like to compare this to black/white segregation and they aren't even in the same ballpark. Black people are still people. Men who want to be women are not women. This is wrong on so many levels.

Every citizen and individual has the inherent right to feel and to be safe in their surroundings. Does WAC Rule 162-32 provide, and assure, the safety and well being of all men, women, & children from physical, psychological and or mental harm of abuse? I disagree with WAC Rule 162-32 policy and the threat it creates to the personal safety of men, women and children by predators. I protest WAC Rule 162-32 policies and provisions and feel it needs to be overturned immediately.

This policy is dangerous. It puts women and children in jeopardy. Please reverse this policy IMMEDIATELY.

It is saddening to see a government agency make laws that put the privacy and safety of women and children in grave jeopardy.

I am heart-sick that our Y no longer has the protection of children as a priority.....

The Human Rights commission needs to be de-commissioned after pulling a stupid stunt like this. I thought we were supposed to be a free, self-governing people, not ruled over by the whims of aloof, un-elected snobs.
