Repeal the Washington Open-Bathroom Policy Now!

Protect minor children from opposite sexed nudity! This WAC is reckless and dangerous.

I am a 65 year old man that hopes that my wife, daughters and granddaughters can use the women's shower room without either a straight or transgendering male invading their privacy. Please reverse this policy now.

My vote next election will be for people who care about the majority vote of the people. This will create more issues than it resolves. Common sense just went out the window with this Rule. Very dangerous indeed!

I am very concerned about the rights and safety of women and children in regards to this new policy.

There are no safeguards to protect children and women from anyone who wishes to abuse this rule- and you know pedophiles will abuse it. It goes too far. A separate bathroom can be provided for those with gender id issues and our kids can still be kept safe.

I cannot imagine anyone with good sense that would have agreed to this. The only way both male & female should be allowed to use the same facilities is if they are for individual use and have locks on the door. It is impossible for there to ever be 'gender' equality

The government is catering to individuals. sure the dude might be uncomfortable in the men's bathroom, but that's just one guy when compared to the twenty or so girls that would be uncomfortable with him in the girl's bathroom

Restroom policies should not be about an individual’s sexual orientation or gender expression or gender identity but about genitalia. If you have a penis you use the men's room, if not, then use the women's room. Simple.

Allowing men into women's bathrooms is NOT ok! All they have to do is lie about their gender identity and they are in!?

This bill violates my wife's and daughters safety something that I do not take lightly nor will I tolerate it.

Bathrooms are meant for privacy between men and women. If they want to creat a bathroom for bisexuals also then they should do so.
