Reverse the 138 Timetable Change

This bus is vital for my teenage children getting to and from school. My elderly parents depend on it too

This is an invaluable service for the majority of the elderly community, which make up a significant portion of the community where the 138 operates. Not only the elderly but the other families with young children use this service all day every day to commute to Bromley etc. To also reduce the amount of individuals requiring their own cars, a consistent bus service will help immeasurably to reduce road traffic and help the environment.

This service saves me getting my car out. It is always busy, along the whole of the route.

138 a very needed service

People including children very much rely on this bus service. We need these to be regular, not 30 minutes apart. Please be responsible and do the right thing...help people out.

If you want us to stop using our cars give us a good bus service not reduce it.

Total lack of communication is a disgrace. It is obvious that Outer London boroughs like Bromley are just ignored these days

There’s elderly people that need this bus service

Keep it at 20 minutes not 30 minutes think of the early standing around and being reliant on these services don’t let them freeze

It's just not regular enough now to get the right trains to work from Hayes Station

My 3 kids are now Uni and working age and can’t afford vehicles to drive to work and live in Coney. They use the 138 bus all week and sometimes on weekends!

Really rely on this service

I need more of this service to get my disabled children to school

Stupid, worst bus scheduling before this new timetable. The most unreliable bus in Bromley, I’m always late to where i need to be as the bus is never on time

This is disgraceful given all the rhetoric from Sadiq Khan on increasing outer borough transport post ULEZ.
