Reverse the 138 Timetable Change

This is the only bus I can get from my nearest stop to take me to a station or high street

This bus is well used and important for people living in coney hall who need a frequent transport option. To reduce the frequency seems to go against all plans to try to get us to use more public transport and to help young people and older people access the community.

Coney hall has lots of families whose children rely on the 138 bus route to get them home safely so the reduction of the service is quite worrying. It is a well valued service and we as a family are hugely disappointed and concerned for the safety of our community with the reduced service.

Please just leave this service alone! The 138 bus timetable needs to remain every half an hour, our community depends on this for all manner of traveling, especially those who do not drive, wish not to drive, too young to drive or elderly who no longer wants to drive. As the Mayor of London are you not pushing for more public transport to be used than the car, then give the means for this to happen with a timetable that is required by those who will be using the 138 bus.

We live in Coney Hall and use the bus regularly and would use it even more but we can’t retire just yet! Please do not reduce the service!

We highly value the 138 bus and would like the every 20 mins service reinstated.

I do not want the frequency of the 138 bus to be reduced because I believe this will lower the quality of life for local residents.

I use this bus most days

Many school children use this bus

A life line for the elderly. We use this bus a lot, instead of using our car,

So many children and older people rely on a frequent service. Many older people cannot walk a distance so the 138 especially hail and ride section is a god send

I relied on this service to go to school and into adulthood (I am now in my fifties!). It is disgusting that students and residents from my childhood stomping ground in Coney Hall are being treated in this fashion. The 138 bus is an absolute lifeline in this area if you have no access to a car.

Local and convenient bus service which doesn't warrant being degraded. Cut out middle management if you want savings

We use this bus service on a regular basis and is extremely important as we live at the top of Queensway and it's the nearest public service.

This bus route serves part of Coney Hall where there is no other access to public transport. This bus is literally a life line for elderly people.

Please reinstate the bus service as this helps us with our green initiatives in the coney hall area.

They want you to use public transport, then they take it away, plus your cars with ULEZ
