Reverse the 138 Timetable Change

This bus is a vital lifeline for people in Coney Hall

The 138 is a vital bus for not only school children but adults as a way to enter major train lines at Bromley south. If you change the timetable it will compromise everyone’s safety in having to walk to addington across a main road,but also time.

We are inconvenient.

So many people will be affected in getting to work at school, I will be heavily effected as I will need to do a 40 minute walk in the cold and dark and i will be late effecting my duty if care to the vulnerable and elderly

The 138 is a crucial service to the local community.

We have had the 138 bus doing the loop since 1990 giving us a service every 20 minutes We were disgusted when we got on the bus on the 18th March to find that everything had changed The day before.we had gone from Metro to Stage Coach, not a problem, but we were angry to find our service had been cut from 20 minutes to 30 minutes Why were we not informed earlier No Consultation. I thought The Mayor wanted us all to get on Public Transport and not use their cars We use the 138 all the time but now they don't tie up with the trains we have started using.the car again We have.fewer seats for the elderly and have seen people in their 80"s standing where the prams go as all the seats for elderly people have been taken. .We are both in our late 80"s and will soon be giving up the car and we will then become housebound. Please rethink and resume.us to a 20 minute service

With no tubes or other rail connections into central Bromley, our borough needs all the bus services it can get.

Please for our community Re-instate the every 20 minute 138 Bus ! It’s needed

I have to get this bus home from school with 2 of my children and now w e have to wait half an hour for a bus by the time we get to the bus stop that's not on like we just want to be home at that point

138 is a fantastic reliable and much used service. A change to the frequency of the service would have a huge knock on effect to the community.

I rely on this service to get to the train station to travel to work

Service is usually inconsistent and buses dont turn up alot

I work up layhams Rd and I feel vulnerable walking along park side in the dark it's not safe we need the bus to continue to run.

Please reinstate more frequent buses on the 138 route. Many people rely on it, old and young to get to & from school, doctors appointments, shopping and everyday neccessities. Thank you

Children getting to school on time is a priority and so the service should reflect the needs of those children for me.

Whatever London Transport has done to this little bus has inconvenienced a lot of staff members at the big Nursing Home on Layhams Road. It is a very long lonely walk to the main road to catch the 314 or 119 buses to Bromley or other destinations especially at night. The timetables introduced are not even comparable to the work schedules and not serving the community any purpose.

I need this bus as a 16 year old to get to school in Orpington every day. It gets me to Bromley south and with the new times it wouldn’t work. I also need it to get to my Saturday job in Bromley
