Reverse the 138 Timetable Change

Should be more than 3 an hour!

How does reducing the service help pollution if we are forced to use our cars down to the main road to get a more frequent service.

Two buses an hour is not enough ! Think of the older generation that can not walk down to the main road if they have appointments to make . They deserve better !

This bus needs to run 4 times an hour at least.

No warning! People have to go to work and pupils to school. Unfair to everyone even pensioners.

We need 3 an hour frequency

A ridiculous decision especially without the residents being informed, consulted or considered

Our street and the surrounding areas rely heavily on the 138 bus service for essential daily travel — getting children to school, reaching the train station, and commuting to work. Removing or changing this service will have a significant impact on our community. We respectfully urge you to reconsider this decision and keep the 138 bus service running as it is.

Please reverse this decision to reduce the buses in our area .

This route is a necessity for many young people travelling to and from school. Please review peak school time bus timings.

The bus frequency and route must be reinstated. School kids, elderly and commuters heavily rely on this service.

I use the bus to get to get my train which gets me in at a respectful time. But now I miss it. I either have to get in late or wake up a half hour earlier.

We need this service

No one was told of this, were we meant to find out the hard way? These changes upset a lot of people, especially parents who's children need to be at school for a certain time. Why leave them vulnerable at school gates?

Just made it harder for workers to get to to their Hayes trains. Schoolchildren bundling onto fewer buses. Poor communication over new timetable.

This bus service is vital for all who use it school, children, the elderly in a very hilly area who otherwise may struggle to get out, commuters travelling to from work,. With ulez now in action in our area it’s not fair to now cut bus services we’ve been forced into using.

This is a very busy useful service for someone who doesn’t drive but also my children will get the bus . I wish for it to resume the previous timetable .

Why change our only bus service on the Coney Hall estate?
