The new bus timetable doesn't work. Buses do not coincide with trains schools etc I drop my kids at school then have to wait 25mins for a hus

I’m a pensioner relying more and more on the buses and reducing the 138 to 2 an hour without consultation is not acceptable and it isn’t acceptable. We are already poorly served by public transport and this makes it even worse.

Please could the service be reinstated to 20 mins again please

The service already feels as it is running just two buses an hour. This will make it even worse.

Please reinstate the 20 minute timetable. This is long enough to wait in all weather for a bus.

We are in a semi rural area and were promised BETTER public transport on introduction of ULEZ; this reduction in service is in direct contradiction of this.

such a busy and well-used route needs more than 2 buses an hour

This is a ridiculous move by TfL considering they promised increased transport investment here after ULEZ was introduced - residents deserve more frequent busses on the 138, not less

This reduction in frequency of service is a step backwards if the Mayor of London is serious in his desire to get cars off the road. It will impact our behaviour when using trains from Hayes Station and force us to use the car. The alternative for us being a 20 minute walk to a bus stop serving the 119, 314 or 353. They are introducing a rural service for a London Borough, absolutely unacceptable.

We need extra bus capacity in places like Hayes and Coney Hall. Not reductions.
