My daughter is due to start secondary school this coming September and will be required to get the 138 to and from school. I feel by removing one bus from the rota down to two an hour will be a problem as the buses are also full before getting to our road within peek time. I think that during peak time the buses should run every 20 minutes and maybe every 30 minutes at off peak times during the day.

Stop penalising the vulnerable, this is much used service throughout the day and well into the evening. This will only encourage people to use their cars . To have this route on every15 minutes would be great

This change will cause problems for people of all ages. This bus route is used by schoolchildren who will now find the timings will make it more difficult for them to get to school at the correct time resulting in parents driving their children to school which will cause more pollution and more traffic on the roads. As a pensioner I use the 138 bus often and the timings of the new time table will make it difficult for me to get to Hayes Station in time for the first train that my freedom pass allows me to get to various activities.

It's a disgrace, reducing the only bus route that serves Coney Hall. We don't have a station here and Commuters like me rely on the bus to get to work.

Our only communication with Bromley & Station— must be kept to 3 per hour — or even more!!

We call on the Mayor of London to reverse this change and reinstate the 138 every twenty minutes.

Why limit us to every 20 mins! I’d call for every 10-15!!!

This is a vital service for residents of Coney Hall, young and old. Reducing the timetable will encourage people to use their cars which has an environmental impact. Also this affects the more vulnerable people as they are restricted in getting out and about.

This bus is crucial for elderly people that don’t drive to get to Hayes and Bromley and walking down to the main road is just too far for them to catch the other buses

This route is relied on by maby groups in the local community. For my husband and I it means avoiding driving to train terminals. For our 21 year old son it means travel to uni and into central Bromley. All trips reducing car reliance for commuting, shopping and leisure. Whilst I appreciate there are other services frequently through Coney Hall only the 138 supports direct arrival to many homes making it a far safer option for women and/or younger travellers to get home late at night. It makes no sense at all to reduce this vital service.
