Reverse the 138 Timetable Change

I use this service to catch trains from Hayes and Bromley South stations or shopping in Bromley. Reducing the number of buses is not helpful if you are trying to reduce car journeys and thus ommission.

The 138 is the only bus service available to lots of people in Coney Hall, including those who are elderly or less mobile. To cut it without consultation shows extremely poor judgement and a poor understanding of the community it's supposed to be serving. At a time when we're encouraging people to use their cars less frequently, cutting the public transport services is also counter productive. The new times do not match up with other local services in the area – for example the trains – which is encouraging more people to drive.

2 buses an hour on this route is not enough. The bus times are similar to the 246 bus. Meaning having to wait a long time for a bus to get to town centre.

This bus is always being used by school children & is a lifeline to the elderly people to get around Bromley.

New times cause problems for school drop off.

As a pensioner I rely on the 138 more than twice an hour as sometimes i am unable to get to the main Addington rd to catch any other buses.. please

We are asking to re install service of 138 bus to Coney Hall west wickham especially as children and working adults relay in this bus to be on time in the morning and evening

The change does not work for the children getting to school (they either arrive too early (before the school opens so they have to hang around) or 10 mins late. Plus if you are using the bus to link up with other transport, it being only every half hour usually makes this bus untenable as it adds so much longer to over all journey time (already the main complaint about using public transport in this area of south London)

I am an early commuter and travel to Brent every day. There hasn't been any consultation or notice to the people who use this service which is disappointing.. Please resume the original timetable.

We need the 138 to run more frequently. For the elderly and the less able it's there only way of getting around

Keep local services and reduce carbon emissions. We need our local buses.

Not a good idea transport for London. Another retrograde step for our semi rural community. Many of whom rely on the bus service.

Please restore the previous bus service schedule which is so important for older and less mobile residents as well as key worker staff at Coloma Court nursing home and school. children.

It’s the only way off the Coneyhall estate for many people. Every 30 minutes is quite unacceptable.

Please can you revert to the original timetable. If not I will have to start increasing the use of my car. Not good for air quality. Thank you.
