This is an exceptional area of natural beauty and no individual needs to ruin it for their personal gratification. This planning agreement must be reversed for the sake of nature and the community over generations. The unimaginable selfishness of the individuals wishing to build on this area must not be acquiesced to.

There are many good reasons to stop this development which have been fully detailed by other objectors such as that this is against planning guidelines and advice.
It does seem however that there may be a reason to be found in the undeclared interest of the applicant who is the Chair of the local Parish Council.
This development is inappropriate and would have a disproportionate impact on the natural beauty of the local scenery. Developments should be sensitive to the local landscape and not be eyesores that intrude excessively on the long appreciated views of this beautiful coastline
