If planning procedures are not transparent, and if reasonable objections by the best informed advocates are rejected out of hand, then we have no way to protect what is currently a common treasury of rural beauty. If we cannot manage a better world, then we should at least try to preserve some of what is good about this one.

Beautiful unspoiled part of the countryside and coast.
Unbelievable someone wants to build on it, unless it’s for a private residence and money is speaking louder than words!!

This doesn't look good - local parish councillors do sometimes abuse their position. And why are county councillors ignoring planning officers' advice, again? Rame Head is of exceptional landscape value.

The proposed development is quite out of character and totally unnecessary. If the applicant needs a permanent dwelling there are other options available to him that do not entail blotting an AONB.

Ignores professional advice and the wishes of local people. Disregard of the opinions of many for the benefit of the applicant who happens also to be the chairman of the local council! Was this interest declared I wonder?
