No excuse for deliberately not mentioning the conflict of interest. Disgusting abuse of power.

Arguments for appear to have been manipulated to misrepresent the true situation. There were other options to develop existing farm buildings to provide accommodation which would have come under the leasehold of the farm and therefore only used for agricultural use.
The style of the property is not in keeping with the surrounding area and appears much larger than would normally be required of a small family.
I would also point out that there are no actual measurements on the plans which make it difficult to gauge scale & size.
I fear that this development will set a precedent for other builds in the local area which use this as an example.

Two of the residents in property adjacent to the development who opposed this application, were afraid to voice their objections for fear of repercussions from the Parish Councils chairman (the applicant). I suggest this fear was the reason for 3 council resignations and the parish vote being depleted of objectors. The parish council is not fit for purpose.

We must preserve all AONB, allowing one dwelling opens the door to many more.

This would be nothing less than diabolical, Cornwall needs to be protected against greed & insensitivity our countryside should be for all to enjoy & we have already lost so much.

This is a clear maladministration and abuse of power and should be reported to the Local Council Ombudsman for urgent investigation.

It is absolutely outrageous and a clear abuse of power by the Chair of the Parish Council who should resign and have the PP denied.

The rot needs to be stopped. Unnecessary destruction of an area of outstanding natural beauty should not even be discussed, let alone implemented.

It will ruin Rame Head and shouldn't be allowed.
