This is not a development area and there are far more suitable areas for houses than on this beautiful remote peninsular. Awful decision.

There are lots of stunning locations that are AONB that I, and others, think "I'd love to live there" but that's because there are no houses there. Once it's been developed it loses its beauty! One house will lead to another and the whole area will be ruined. Only yesterday I recommended this area to 2 separate tourist families to visit as it's "forgotten" but beautiful and suggested to visit the local shops, cafes and pubs for refreshments. Rame Head is perfect as it is. Don't ruin it!

This is clear nepotism and should not be allowed to continue any further. AONB sites need to be protected and Cornwall County Council should not be paving the way for developments on our iconic headlands! This is outrageous!

Please investigate the nepotism, how can someone on the Parish Council have their planning permission granted to build in a prominent location on Rame Head ANOB? There is a distinct lack of affordable housing for local people on the Rame but there are strick limits to the number of new affordable homes that can be built, how can a Parish Counciler have permission to build a luxury property where there are ultra strict planning laws that are aimed at protecting the natural environment?

This is becoming a common feature in remote unspoilt cliff tops in Cornwall. It's clearly a new policy to bypass current building laws to attract money to Cornwall. The people of Cornwall who have to abide by these rules are unfairly held back on much subtler projects than this. The playing field needs levelling back down to the law.
