I am concerned of the integrity of this decision as the applicant is also the chair of Maker with Rame Council, chair of the planning committee and a member of Millbrook Council. Was a prejudicial interest declared?

No-one declared an interest but the chair was the applicant. Withholding information which is very sneaky and underhanded.

What a bunch of corrupt and morally bankrupt bastards Cornwall Council continue to be. The elected members that is and not the officer whose professional views have been ignored.

Not only does this decision flout all the legislation and guidance for the preservation of significant, special and irreplaceable habitat and environment it is yet another blatant example of a corrupted, mismanaged and ill-informed procedure that we are expected to just accept with no formal appeal process. The lack of integrity, honesty and diligence to the responsibility of the roles taken on to be part of this process in an official capacity is truly beyond belief.

I'd understand if this was for much needed affordable homes but the AONB is going to be damaged just to make one person rich.

Please please stop building on these protected beauty spots.! Our environment is balancing on a knife edge, and if we don't protect it now, it'll be too late. It's not just for us but for a children and grandchildren.
