This is an inappropriate dwelling in an unspoilt place and looks like yet another example of people taking advantage of their position on a parish council for personal advantage. When will humanity stop colonising every wild space?

This is a very special place at a time that Cornwall Council claims to be prioritizing environment and nature. This is an inappropriate dwelling in an inappropriate place. Please let's show more respect for a beautiful wild landscape...certainly over the needs of an individual household.

Parish Council and Cornwall Planning HANG YOUR HEADS IN SHAME! The whole process is riddled with Conflict of Interest which is so transparent! Sign the petition but also DEMAND an Independant Investigation of the processes that brought about this TRAVESTY! I feel ashamed that these people occupy positions of such self seeking power! They need to account for ther actions and their claims of representing the local communities. Who will be next on the Committee to have a Luxury Home built as long as it's called " The Office ".It behoves all True Guardians of our beloved Peninsula to fight against this and future moves to ruin and desecrate our Areas of Outstanding Beauty...

This decision is absolutely shocking. There is no need for this dwelling as farm buildings within the farmyard could easily be converted for use without the need for using arable land in such a prominent position within an AONB .

A 2 storey building in that field will stand out. Alongside the other terrace and in similar brick would be another matter.

Cornwall Council have now set a precedent allowing development in AONBs when there are no extenuating circumstances - neither the land in quesiton nor the applicant's work qualified under the agricultural dwelling exemption. It is ironic that a block of stone has just appeared at Fourlanesend bearing a plaque atesting to the existence of the Rame AONB.

We cannot keep building in areas of natural beauty
The planners are turning Cornwall into a cemented county there will be nothing for the tourists to see soon just awful constructed houses the council should hang their heads in shame

Although posed as a modest proposal in the form of an Agriculteral Dwelling, I suspect that one approved building would almost certainly give way to others, thus turning a A.O.N.B into something altogether undesirable for actual inhabitants of the area who clearly don't want this property built in such a promenant spot on Rame Head.
Please reverse this decision.
