Parish and town councils it seems have No voice. Time for people to vote for change in local elections. Stop paving over paradise. It’s only done for the Rich nobs.

In area of outstanding beauty a new premise is unnecessary for residential living or accommodation for on-site employees. This is a shame for the area as it sets a precedent for modern builds on a untouched and historic landscape.

We must protect the environment against constant over development. AONBs must be safeguarded across all of Cornwall.

Yet another disaster carried out by our hopeless Councillors. My own amenity in a rural and scenic location opposite St Michael's Mount has 5 extensive viewing panels and balconies introduced and viewing over us against our human right to privacy. Approved with false claims to overlooking eliminated and no significant overlooking when the loss of privacy is total. The second violation was carried out by a St Ives GP. Nice man! Kate Kennally has done nothing to correct the situation, just exacerbated it, twice with the help of Phil Mason's false recording to the LGSCO There's no effective Ombudsman, just one that is clearly there to protect Council decision and Vicar of Dibley Councillors. Worryingly this body also covers Social Care complaints and can't see the wood for the trees. Situation ridiculous. Our MPs are a waste of time if they are not standing up and making Cornwall Council accountable for its actions.
