We love this area...there are few places in Cornwall left like it...this is an aonb area and should not be built on..

Totally unacceptable, it is an AONB for a reason....it is not for building on and if it was for a farm worker it certainly would not be that size or design.

If it is an AONB then planning permission should not be granted.

Cornwall Council hang your heads in shame, Kernow is not for you to destroy with these ongoing planning decisions which true Cornish people are so opposed too. Back handers involved somewhere no doubt. Kas yw genev Konsel Kernow.

What’s the point of designating an ANOB when this could be allowed to happen? Is someone lining their pockets I wonder?

AONB land must be protected from unscrupulous development. Cornwalls coastline is second to none and deserves the very best in protection from any sort of development which will ruin the countryside and its beauty. Any new house or building on this bit of "protected supposedly" coastline is outrageous.

Cornwall is fast having it's particularly unusual natural beauty wiped out. Soon, there will be nothing left and people will stop coming here.
The wishes of locals should NEVER be overruled, especially over someone with more money than common sense or respect, decides to go for a walk and says "I WANT a house HERE!"
Stop pandering to these people! You can't always get what you want - so learn to say no to these people!
It's a hard-learned fact that if one house goes up - soon local people, tourists, etc will be bannedfrom enjoying the area too, as this person will soon begin complaining about the local peasants stinking up "their" area. There will also be yet more planning permissions granted, and before you know it - there will be nothing there but characterless posh housing for ingrates who have little understanding, respect or tolerance for our beautiful Duchy.
Tell them to sling tbeir hook! We are sick of this!
Kernow is not "Sea Salt Towers" mansions and twee pictures of boats and seagulls. This is our home.
The unique character of Kernow MUST be respected and maintained!

AONB one of the last unspoilt areas in Cornwall.
Despite very many objections, including from experts in this area, a development on a recently purchased piece of land is given the nod by Truro.
Where does the local MP stand on this?
