Let's take down this unfairness from the HoA and help them understand that signs are a necessity, not accessories. Apparently trying to cooperate with the HoA and finding solutions is not their upmost priority but they would rather just give orders and be done with it with no cooperation from both parties.

Really? I often pull up to a store and look for the open sign. I can't tell by the lights from the parking lot. I drive away if I don't see one.

I always look for Open signs on businesses so not to waste my time parking or driving to see if the business is open or not.

I do not text n drive. I will not. So seeing the open sign makes it easier for me to see and stop to shop n sip some coffee. Do not do awayy with this. It wouhld be a huge inconvience to customers and it may hurt the business. Shop local guys don't make them do away with the sign.

As a customer, I look for the Open signs on businesses such as these to determine whether they are open or not when I drive by.

Removal of an open sign? You have got to be joking. This shouldn't even be an issue.

I see nothing wrong with the sign. Seeing the sign one night led me to stop. I would have assumed it was closed at that time of night, and was happy to see the sign signifying it was open.

It's a win-win to have customers arriving to spend money at your tenants' stores. Please help ensure they can at the correct times by allowing open signs.

Leave them alone! Make a limit to how large the signs can be within reason, but this is silly.

Taking an open sign down confuses customers.

They are a business and not a residence. Stop trying to overstep your scope and let the businesses be. The open sign is not gawdy nor inappropriate. The owner is local and making a living. Stop hindering the economy by your inappropriate, over bearing rules that is an over reach of your focus.

I can't even believe this is an issue we have to defend. These developers need to ease up on their restrictions. Please let these businesses keep their "Open" signs. They don't offend anyone and they don't detract from the asthetic...they do what they are meant to do...let us know that the business is OPEN. Good lord, put restrictions on things that actually need them instead of these small business owners who are trying to make their way in our community with their businesses.

I feel that open signs are very important for businesses because they provide a sense of welcoming as well as store hours. I wouldn't know without an open sign if a place is open for business or not because I can't always check available hours online.

Open signs should be required for your tenants. Your windows are extremely dark. Looking for somewhere to eat, we passed by your property today because everything look closed! Someone else got my business! You have great businesses on your property, I hope you partner with them to encourage the use of open signs.
