Reunite Jessica Achberger & Troy Leiby with their Wrongfully Confiscated Exotic Pets

This is so wrong there are not enough words to say! This is part of my family! I love and miss them!

Please help reunite this family with their roos!

It seems that the general public lives behind this false sense of security in the belief that the Constitution and Bill of Rights protects us. It does not! Local authorities (and even federal ones) realize that they can write laws, interpret and enforce them any way they see fit to suit their goals. The only thing the Constitution and Bill of Rights does is give the public a document to go back to and say “Hey – The authorities are WRONG and my/our rights, as US citizens, have been violated”. So then what!?! What can you do when you have been wronged?!? You go to court and fight for your rights in court – if you have money. If you are lucky - you might win your case - otherwise you go through the higher courts or just give up. Without any branch of the government available to ENFORCE the Constitution, we are at the mercy of our local & federal lawmakers. The Supreme Court simply gives their “interpretation” of a law if a case ever goes that far, they have no real teeth to enforce the Contitution and protect US citizens. The Supreme Court is only present to protect and uphold the Constitution. There is NOBODY available to protect private US citizens from our own government when our rights are being violated! It is solely up to us to protect and defend ourselves! This family was robbed of PRIVATE PROPERTY under the guise of "animal rights", and were stripped of the right to due process and innocent until found guilty! The way authorities are handling "animal abuse and neglect" cases abuses the citizens that the authorities were sworn to protect. This is all so wrong!

Please. These people love their pets. They feed them, give them shelter, provide health care & love them like family (which they are)! Why are you even considering separating them?

This is a shame some people don't understand the bond of a pet. To some it's like there child...

Let the animals have their family back.

Please help being the family back together ..this action was taken due to a jerk that selfishly wanted to hurt someone. in fact the accusations are not true. The Accuser is a conman who is a criminal. this has caused much suffering.

She loves animals an wouldn't harm them all you need to do is spend some time looking at her past. Nothing but love.

Jessica and Troy provided an enriched, loving home for their exotic pets, and for the welfare of their animals, they need to be returned to their home immediately.

I went to school with Jessica and she is a very nice person. Have been to her shop a few times and it was clean and the animals we taken care of. I have follower her on facebook and always love her pictures of the babys. Weather having lunch or just laying around some kids don't get the care that she gives her animals.

Please give Jessica her babies back♥ I am an Australian and I am a wildlife carer and know that these wallabies need to live with Jessica. I raise wallabies and kangaroos, it is imperative that they get back to Jessica as they can die from stress due to separation anxiety. Please listen to me, I cry every day about these poor wallabies and what they are going through. They will not do well at a zoo. Please return them to where they belong♥

strongly agree they r there kids.and need to get them back .knowing the family has been a blessing .I remember Talking to Tanya while ahe was in chicago for her treatment and Jessica would b there with little maggie I could just feel the love and joy they brought to each other ..:-)

Jessica and Troy have always taken extremely good care of their animals. Please return these well loved animals to the only home they've ever known.

I have know Jessica for years and she has always taken excellent care of her animals. All of the pictures she has ever posted which was almost daily, everything was always clean and the animals were in excellent condition. It saddens me to see that the township or any other regulatory agency never gave them any warning either written or verbal. Doesn't this township have protocol they have to follow? They just trampled their rights by storming in and and confiscating the animals. All the Media coverage shows in every article clean healthy well taken care of animals. A white Wallaby that was whiter than snow. A picture is worth a thousand words people. The real animal cruelty here was to have the experts without asking any questions about poor beautiful little Maggie to put her to sleep because she was not perfect enough for them and to uproot perfectly healthy animals from their home with no respect to the stress level that they put these delicate animals through. It breaks my heart to see the pain that this unwarranted removal of all these precious babies has caused Jessica and Troy as well as the undo stress it has inflicted on the animals. I pray that somewhere in this justice system they will make this wrong a right and drop all the charges and return the animals back to where they belong.

They were well taken care of and respected to their environment. The Police had no right to storm in and take them especially without permisson.

Please return these animals to their loving home!!

Jessica is the most caring and knowledgeable animal owner I've ever met! She loves all her pets like they are her children. I was so heartbroken for her when I heard the horrible news that her babies had been taken from her! Her babies were so loved, happy and spoiled! I can't imagine how scared and lonely they are wit out her. They need her! Please return them to her!
