Quit trampling on the rights of animal owners! Maggie would still be alive if she hadn't been "rescued".

Jessica posted daily updates of her home and life with these beautiful animals. Animal Control has abused their power of authority and they should have absolutely worked with this family on the license issue. All animal and agricultural agencies were originally put it place to work "with" the people through education and experience. The animal control officer, being new to his position, had "No" education or experience with these animals. Jessica has far more experience with the health needs of these animals in particular, than the agency pulling the raid or the media who so wrongly judged her in public opinion. The euthanasia of Maggie was a horrible decision made after the testimony of an inexperienced person who has never worked with a disabled Bettong or knew of her dietary needs. People all over the world care for disabled pets, Maggie thrived in Jessica's care. Her unique life and the love she received, gave Maggie a place in this world where she knew she was loved unconditionally. Anytime an exotic pet is ripped from their home, the separation anxiety is great and some animals die during this process or they don't thrive near as well as they did in their home. That is "Not" the time or place, to make a decision to end an animals life. Jessica and Troy have lost so much already and shouldn't be punished for something that could have easily been worked on outside the court system and the media. Do the right thing and drop these bogus trumped up charges. Let this family try to pick up the broken pieces of their hearts and move forward in life, with the return of their animals. I pray these voices will be heard. "Judge not or my Father in heaven will judge you to the same measure" Let that sink in while searching for the true story here. The person who reported them, is a criminal and in big trouble with the law. This family's "Constitutional Rights" have been violated. Now is the time to make this right, please drop all charges and fines, return their "family"

This is ridiculous all she did was love those babies. Those animals were in no way neglected. Her whole life was those animals.

This was totally uncalled for. Jessica took care of her pets. They were family. They don't deserve this happening. Prayers for them and their pets. I know it's not been easy on any of them.

Jessica has helped me with more than a few questions about my wallaby baby. She is a wonderful animal caregiver.

How do they keep taking people's property? Ridiculous. Give them their animals back. States are so stupid. Have people buy licenses. Make money and stop turning law abiding citizens into criminals!

These are disgraceful charges against Jessica and Joe--they are devoted to their animals, not abusive in any way.

I have seen first hand the love and care Jessica gives her animals. Her house has always been very clean. Bedding well maintained. Even her albino wallaby' fur is perfectly white. That should be enough evidence of good care. What happened to the poor bettong is wrong. We do not euthanize children and human beings whom are born with a disability. We work through that disability and show unconditional love. If a dog or cat is born with a spinal abnormality we still care for those animals, why was this an acception?
