The judge finally granted the retrial for Melvin and Terrance. Seeing their families reunited is the only outcome I ever wanted and I am forever grateful for your belief in their innocence.

Final supporters
In August Melvin & Terrance Vinson were wrongly convicted of a crime and are looking at 20+ years, while their accomplice only gets off with boot camp. We believe the trial was unfair and the judge was very biased. There are a lot of holes in the case and a great lack of evidence. They have been incarcerated since December of 2014 and they both have children and family who miss them very dearly. Please share & sign

I spend my nights looking through the trial transcripts again and again because the holes in this case keep me awake. My heart aches for their kids who are growing up without their fathers while the person actually responsible walks free. We are not giving up on this until the truth finally comes to light.

Seeing the community rally behind Melvin and Terrance gives me hope that the truth will finally come to light. Their children have waited far too long to have their fathers home again.

Free the FAM.!! They don't deserve this type of punishment.... I mean I've seen people who have MURDERED people in cold blood not even get as much time as these men..... Its sickening.... Not to mention the lives being ruined from just one strike of a gavel.
They deserve a fair trial. Not to be found guilty on a past the police didn't prove.
I think these two need another chance because I know for a fact they are both awesome individuals and great father's and uncles and gradpas to their kids I know terry Vinson was doing great and staying out of trouble our conversation one day he said I have changed my life because I have to be better and do better for my kids! Real men with families don't take them from their kids or family life y'all keep ya heads to the sky love peanut!
Free my sons . The judge, jury and witnesses know that everything about that trial was wrong . But trust and believe we are coming back with a vengeance!!!!!
This happens all the time & its sad for the families praying they get a new trial.
Melvin is a good young man. He doesn't deserve to be in jail.

I hope y'all get this retrial it was totally wrong what Jackson county did to Melvin and his brother.
