Tim Tebow's is the best college player of all time. 2 National Championships and a Heisman Trophy to go along with numerous college and UF records. #15 at the University of Florida is currently being used by other players. This is not right. The #15 should forever be retired by University of Florida. By signing this petition, we can show the school this has to be done.
