Final supporters
After everything Sindarius Thornwell has done for Gamecock Basketball, I think he deserves to have his jersey number retired. He is already gonna down as one of the greatest to ever wear garnet, so why not have his jersey retired? It will be weird seeing someone else wearing #0. Grady Wallace, John Roche, Kevin Joyce, Alex English and BJ McKie are the names of men who have had there jersey number retired at South Carolina. Did they ever lead South Carolina to a round of 32 win? No. Did they ever lead South Carolina to a sweet sixteen win? No. Did they ever lead South Carolina to an elite eight win? No. But, Sindarius Thornwell has, so why would his jersey number not be retired? It makes no sense! Please agree with me to have his jersey number retired. Thank you for reading. #ForeverToThee

Seeing this kind of momentum behind Thornwell is exhausting but necessary given how long he has been overlooked. It feels heavy to carry this fight alone but knowing you agree that he belongs in the rafters makes the grind worth it. We are not turning back until the program recognizes what he built.

He's the greatest player to ever step foot on this campus. His pro career might not compare to Roche or Emglish but his college accomplishments deserve it
If we don't win it all he may not but if we win it all he defiantly should get he number retired
