In light of the projects that have already been approved in the central part of town, the traffic congestion (which will only get worse with the other developments on HS Rods, the North Main Athletic Complex etc.), and the over crowding in our schools, the town needs to take proactive steps to slow things down. Approving this project would be a move in the WRONG direction.

It's time for the town to slow down and really look at how they're changing the essence of Holly Springs. We seem to be "growth at any cost" and that's not fair to the residents.

Holly Springs Road is not properly designed to carry the additional daily traffic burden added by this project. The only way this project should be approved is if Holly Spring road is expanded to 4 lanes from the Bypass past Kildare Farms road. This area was never designed for a dense population.

This is not a appropriate addition to the town at this time. School overcrowding and traffic is already bad enough.

While growth is good for the tax base this type of density in this location is not supported, it's pure greed to develop like that in such a spot. Holly spring is great because of it's small town feel, consider it's current residents before moving forward with this project.

This is going to hurt the town, the current residents here, and the schools. There is just not enough to keep up with the high density neighborhood right in that small area.

Please slow down, Rethink Rhamkatte. My child is out of school now but the area is already so full and can hardly get thru traffic!

Holly Springs Road is already very overcrowded in the mornings and the schools are capped. There is not room to expand this road and I feel it would be a horrible idea to add this type of development to this area. We need to preserve some of the great things about this town.

There is so much growth happening in Holly Springs already. This is a very high density project. That area has so much traffic as it is with both schools starting & ending at the same times. This is going to be a traffic nightmare for parents trying to drive and pick up their kids from school.
