This area cannot take anymore overcrowding on this road especially during high traffic times. Adding 350 more homes and many more people jeeds to be reconsidered.

The town officials need to stop saying 'yes' to every builder when we do NOT have the roads/infrastructure to support a neighborhood of this size in THIS particular location.

As a fairly new resident of Holly Springs (within 2 years) I can already feel the impact of the changes that are happening with the huge growth. Proper planning is a MUST for this area!

I completely agree that this would be a burden on the current infrastructure and it simply does not fit that surroundings

Time to consider lower density growth in the center of Holly Springs. Current plan is far too dense for the location.

we do not have the infrastructure. Our roads are nightmarish already at certain times of day. This project will surely only add to the difficulty of getting around town.

High density has a place in the community, however it needs to be planned out correctly. However, this development is not an example of good planning.

Please re-consider this development for density levels, natural areas, tree buffers, traffic impact, school overcrowding.

it is time for Holly Springs city planning to consider current residents quality of life before adding more residents to a over burdened infrastructure.
