I think that any development without a well thought out plan, that addresses multiple growth issues is at best a direct indication of ignorance and greed. Please consider, the history, the community and families, that do and will call this place "home". A NC native who's not against change, just against stupidity.

Please, let's allow the schools to catch up with growth and on getting current traffic under control before adding anything else.

My kids who were born and raised in Holly Springs can't even go to high school here. We don't need more unsustainable growth!

The Town of Holly Springs makes decisions based on increasing TAX base not to increase quality of life. They use the new TAX base to fund baseball stadiums, and high fiber broadband for town buildings. I love baseball, but would rather have 4 lanes on Sunset Lake & Holly Springs roads so emergency vehicles can get to my neighborhood during rush hour. Time for somebody to investigate why these decisions are being made, and who is benefiting from them.

Too much traffic for this small town. I just don't see how Holly Springs Rd can handle any more traffic.

This proposed product of nearly 400 Homes will have a negative impact on so many fronts. I hope the Town will do the right thing and limit the impact this 3 story high density product will have on the infrastructure as it relates to exisiting neighboring properties and public safety of all tax payers Holly Springs.

Let's focus on getting current traffic congestion sorted out before adding the problem.

We already have traffics issues that we can't manage, let's make sure we are planning this growth with a full view of the HS infrastructure.

In light of the projects that have already been approved in the central part of town, the traffic congestion (which will only get worse with the other developments on HS Rods, the North Main Athletic Complex etc.), and the over crowding in our schools, the town needs to take proactive steps to slow things down. Approving this project would be a move in the WRONG direction.
